what are you reading lately?

I've been getting into The Hobbit, but every time I try to read it my eyelids start closing and no amount of vanilla frosting can inject enough sugar into my system to keep me awake

that's because it's fucking boring. i read the first two installments of the wicked series. i really liked "wicked" but "son of a witch" was really lame. now i'm reading the road, which is aweosme. i'm alternating between that and snuff by chuck.

almost done with Watchmen. I'm ridiculously late on reading them, I know.
I'm going to finish those before the movie comes out if it kills me.

I finished The Hobbit last night, and I enjoyed it a lot. I'm starting Lord of the Rings now, the single-volume 50th anniversary edition that I got from Amazon for only $1.54 used in like-new condition

i should re-read lord of the rings. the ammount of useless knowledge i used to have about that stuff was ridiculous. and now...i've forgotten so much. How can i win nerd jeopardy if i don't remember it all? sigh....



i thought about re-reading Alice in wonderland again. maybe i'll do that first.

trying to get into the stand but that book is very intimidating.

i want to get the new Ender book.

Been reading The Walking Dead, R.Kirkman does a fantastic job on this you can't miss.

yeah. kirkman is an amazing writer. that series has always been highly rated.

I love how it's all black and white adds to the shock and horror of it all. That and I love the artwork.
