what are you playing: episode I

I've been getting back into PC games, and I got FEAR 2 but haven't started. the other night I played a nine or ten hour game of Civ IV, I'm about 70 hours into Persona 4, I got Burnout Paradise on PC, I started Dead Space again, I reinstalled Bioshock, I'm about 80% into Symphony of the Night, and I've been playing Scrabble on my iPhone. the majority of my time, however, has been spent in Steam: I just replayed Portal yesterday afternoon (record time: ~1 hour), I've been getting into TF2, I have nightly sessions of Left 4 Dead, and I'm starting Half-Life 2 again.

and of course I'm always playing WoW and Peggle

honestly not playing much. i'm playing skate 2, recently beat spider-man: web of shadow, and restarted the world ends with you. but Resident Evil 5 will be mine soon enough.

oh no zombies are coming! how about I just STAND HERE! it's 2009, we're at a point where game developers should be able to handle programming the ability to walk and shoot at the same time

i seem to remember someone loving resident evil 4.

I love RE4, but I already have it. I don't need or want another one. RE4 was a great time-period game, but we've reached a point where traditional Japanese philosophies of game design are becoming less and less relevant, and the act of handicapping a player in a misguided attempt at forcing "tension" is awkward and, frankly, broken

it is but it works well in certain instances. fatal frame sort of perfects it. i really think the amazing graphics of RE5 will help downplay the handicap.

i really like the chrono trigger port but tons of peeps are bitching about it.

lot of Left 4 Dead. WoW. Some Halo 3 every now and then. And....sigh...Street Fighter 4.

okay, be ashamed. i'm playing dynasty warriors gundam just to beat it.

dynasty warriors gundam was pretty fun

agreed, although it took forever to get through the campaigns for so very few achievement points.
I think it was a lot better game than many of the older Dynasty Warriors games too.

well that's good to hear. i had skate 2 checked out and it...was really boring and sub-par.

What a surprise. Some cretin with horrible taste in games decides to draw his slovenly opinions all over this forum like some kind of cave dwelling neanderthal. It is simply a pity that such genes were not breed out of society years ago. A shame, we got so close during the 40's.

Retro Game Challenge is very awesome! It's a lot of fun, the fake games are just sweet. Wish more games were like this.
